I grew up in Portugal in an old 18th-century farmhouse surrounded by wild nature and the steady rhythm of farm life. Biodiversity was just part of the landscape—but over time, I realised how much it shaped the way I see things. It sparked ideas and gave me the mindset to rethink systems, starting with helping my parents back home make simple, meaningful changes. Now at Biofarm, I bring that same perspective to my work in finance. I believe solid numbers can lead to bold action, and that even spreadsheets can support sustainability when used thoughtfully. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that cares about impact as much as I do.
